30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • The item must be returned complete, including all parts and components, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must show normal use only. Damage caused by misuse or improper handling will not be accepted.

  • Products intended for hygienic use must be properly cleaned before being returned.

  • Any defects or damages must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear worn, used, or damaged in a way that is not our responsibility.

How Do I Return My Order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo of the item (required if damaged or defective)

  • Customer’s full name

  • Customer’s full address

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important:
Do not return your order to the sender address shown on the package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Additional Return Information

  • All approved returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including tags if applicable.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • We will process it within 2–4 business days

  • You will receive a refund confirmation email

  • Refunds are issued as Store Credit, Coupons, or Original Payment Method

  • Funds typically appear within 3–5 business days

Please note: If refunded to the original payment method, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.

Due to our fast processing and fulfillment system, orders are prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled after this window.

If the cancellation window has passed, customers must wait for delivery and then follow the standard return procedure if they wish to return the item.
