Once an order is placed, it takes 1–3 business days to process your order.

Orders placed during weekdays are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or during the weekend may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.

  • On the shipping page, you’ll see that all orders ship free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs.

  • Click “Continue to Payment.”

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information is provided so you can follow the delivery progress.

If the carrier confirms that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered completed. At that point, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

  • Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details

While Elizabeth & Rose is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we understand how frustrating this can be. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information and helping initiate an investigation with the carrier where possible.
